Bombing in one of the safest City

Davao City is the place where our President is well known. It is his hometown and in there he is known for his excellency in serving as a mayor in Davao. Davao is known as one of the safest city for the mayor in it before (Ex Mayor Duterte) current president in the Philippines is very serious in implementing the rules and regulation in the city. Last, September 2, 2016 it shock the whole country when a bomb exploded in the night market at Davao.  It shock the world because its only once in a blue moon when a negative phenomena happens in Davao. After the bombing it also made that president angry to those people who are responsible in it that's he declares lawless violence. I could also consider Filipinos are only good in criticizing people. Many people said that "Is that what they call safe city where in fact an incident happen that killed many innocent people". There are also many opinions, ideas, means, conclusions and facts that addresses the people who is responsible in the bombing. In the news, "Abu Sayaf" already admit that they are responsible in bombing that's why president Duterte take some actions in it. The means also or "memes" states that the people who is responsible in bombing are those people in yellow tags. In the religious side also the priest during his homily states that "the reason why bombing happened in Davao because terrorist wants BBL".
